Warranty Policy: - Warranty for Ultra package is 1 month. - Refund only if the Ultra package cannot be maintained. - If the customer’s primary admin email dies, password is lost, or cannot log in to verify the Ultra package, the shop will not provide a warranty, only support as much as possible for maintenance for shop-owned emails that are not deactivated, with a fee of 100k VND (5$) per support instance. - If the customer accidentally kicks a shared account package, the shop will not provide a warranty, only support as much as possible for maintenance for shop-owned emails that are not deactivated, with a fee of 100k VND (5$) per support instance. - If the customer’s primary admin email dies, then recovers and logs in again, but the family loses the Ultra package, the shop will not provide a warranty, only support as much as possible for maintenance for shop-owned emails that are not deactivated, with a fee of 100k VND (5$) per support instance.
